SEMJASE AS PLEIADIAN QUEEN OF NEW AGE RABBIT HOLES

(A tour of the NEW AGE vs. THE BIBLE)

[A mini-review (with observations) of certain portions of Brad Steiger’s THE FELLOWSHIP - published by Doubleday, New York, 1988.]

Texe Marrs (from “”MYSTERY MARK OF THE NEW AGE.”) made a list of seven items that invariably incorporate NEW AGE thinking, which is diametrically opposed to THE HOLY BIBLE. Most of all of these items are focused on in Steiger’s book without any note of reflection or protestation. Witness the following items:

1) Jesus is not the only Christ, nor God

2) God is impersonal

3) Man is God

4) Man gets his instruction from the spirit world

5) All religions are good

6) Ancient wisdom comes from Babylon, Egypt & Greece, and replaces the Bible as truth

7) Good & evil do not exist, but only peace & love.

The above items have also crept into the aforementioned Brad Steiger’s book, with an emphasis on a “woman” by the name of Semjase, who seems to be very active in downloading contactees with advanced knowledge, both scientific & “spiritual.” If you go to the below link, Richard Thompson gives us a pretty good idea of where this “woman” (perhaps fallen angel) is really coming from and what her real agenda may, in fact, be, as per the link,

The tragedy of Brad Steiger’s book, he seems oblivious to the spiritual danger in promoting this NEW AGE “gospel” as if it were – perhaps – an “upgrade” of the spiritual message given by Jesus Christ about two thousand years ago. People interested in Ufology may be (too quickly) accepting the continued “SPACE BROTHER GIBBERISH” all dressed up as the new one world future religion, glittering with peace and love. Let’s examine some of the ideas Steiger is exposing in this NEW AGE book, to see if it warrants any merit; after all, Brad has been busy writing now over one hundred books, so he may be considered a true expert on UFOs…or…a pied piper for the NEW AGE, a person who induces others to imitate his example, especially by means of false or extravagant promises. [These promises may come from the lips of ‘Semjase’ as she goes about communicating with people like Fred Bell, the ‘’contactee’’ who is one of the focus people in this book.

To those who believe implicitly that THE HOLY BIBLE is the true and accurate word of God, you will have no trouble dismissing the information in this book as being true; for ohers, who take a more open-minded view of the Bible, as not necessarily giving us all the truth necessary for SALVATION, I just ask you to be patient as I go about citing some of the “tenets” of this new religion.

In chapter one, Steiger presents the “UFO contactees” as prototypes of “future evangelism” of a “New Age religion, a blending of technology and traditional religious concepts” (4) {{In other words, it becomes a homogenization of the truth of THE HOLY BIBLE.}} It is this New Age where allegedly mankind will experience some kind of “new consciousness” (5) {{Of course, if this new consciousness is coming from an evil source, a la the FALLEN ANGELS, for instance, then the naïve and gullible will be in for quite a “fall” a la the aforementioned pied piper. Steiger makes no bones about it when he states: “Whoever or whatever the Space Beings may be – whether cosmic missionaries or projections of the Higher Self – the channeled material contained in this book may be the scriptures and theological treatises of the New Age." {{I have yet to find a channeled source that I could rely on; rather, according to our research in THE BITE OF THE SERPENT, it smacks of familiar spirits, who have been condemned by THE HOLY BIBLE in sundry books, including Leviticus & Deuteronomy.}}

THE MYSTERY OF SEMJASE

{{Nowhere in the book does Steiger mention that Enoch had named Semjase as one of the Fallen Angels…even though Brad is conversant with ‘The Book of Enoch,’ and even quotes from it. I find this curious, to say the least. What he does do is introduce one, Dr. Fred Bell, who happens to have a love affair with this same mysterious “woman.” This is the same ‘Semjase’ that contacts Billy Meier, which I have commented on in the above link from R. Thompson. Steiger also brings in Meier’s case as he paints the portrait of Bell’s lover throughout chapter two (and the book in general.}}

Bell is pictured as a type of “Renaissance Man”” (13) while he discusses the home of Semjase: the Pleiades, that bright cluster of stars in the constellation Taurus. {{According to a star map book I have on Astronomy & astrology, the Pleiades also appears on one of the horns of the constellation Taurus, the Bull, which may be significant if you look at this cluster as part of an enemy advance (symbolically speaking,) where the Taurus or Bull is just another name for Satan or Baal; more will be said about this when our third series is published, which should be called “THE CURS’ED NET, an expose on the hazards of astrology, and how one can easily be cought up in its parallax view straight from the bowels of Hell.”}}

According to this New Age literature, Semjase is the Pleiadian Galactic “communicator, (15) but what she is communicating does not seem to bother our present author Brad Steiger. {{It bothers me, and hence the reason for this present mini-review.}}

Semjase serves as one who acts as a bridge between two worlds (21) being a multidimensional being. What is not even offered as a possibility is that she may well be a devil (fallen angel) yet disguised as an angel of light, so much so ~ that the likes of Fred Bell cannot see through her clever disguise. What is interesting is that she is depicted as a “Great Mother archetype” (28.) This is the type of Mother Goddess that has been identified with not only the Virgin Mary, but also Pallas Athena, Isis, Diana, etc. These latter identities have also been identified with the dark side, and {{honored by secret societies like the Freemasons, who themselves have been shown to have Satan as their Lord & Master. The Blessed Virgin Mary, by the way, is not idolized by thinking sincere Christians – but simply respected for being the humble servant of the Lord who “found favor in His sight, which was exactly as she saw herself, as described in the Magnificat, related by the evangelist Luke in his gospel, chapter one.”}}

HOW UFOs FIT INTO THIS NEW AGE PICTURE

George Adamski called his “Venusian” flying saucer pilot a “Space Brother” (30.) Fred Bell actually saw Semjase’s Pleiadian “Variation 4 Beam Ship (34.) Below is a typical New Age statement for your consideration, out of the mouth of Semjase on page 37: “Whether we work for God or against God, it matters not, for we are all of God – and our forms preserve our Karmic quest in search of the unmanifest.” {{Check the 7 items listed above if you are confused by this “wisdom.”)) The author suggests on the same page that these new contactees (disillusioned by existing religious traditions, are eagerly looking for “a more intimate relationship with a source of strength and inspiration outside of themselves.” {{This sounds like they could be led by the nose by any alleged guru who is leading them by the ring in their nose; the pied piper syndrome, perhaps?!?}}

There are many Indian traditions connected to the Pleiades, and on page 49, Steiger suggests that the Hopi Indians named the Pleiades “Huhokan,” meaning those who cling together, and believe themselves as direct descendants of the inhabitants of the Pleiades. {{When Enoch discusses the fruit of the Fallen Angels with the daughters of men, in chapter 15 of his book, he calls this fruit THE GIANTS. Maybe there is more to this story than meets the eye, which would give rise to many giant skeletons being found around the world, as per the research of Steve Quayle. I do not pretend to know the answer to the Hopi citation; perhaps someday we will be able to connect even these types of dots.}}

DISCONCERTING MESSAGES REGARDING THE REAL JESUS & HIS FATHER

“True channels” ~the phrase used by Steiger (48) believe in the following as being true:

1) A GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD exists FOR THE GOOD OF MAN

2) LUMPING JESUS TOGETHER WITH OTHER “ATAVARS” such as Buddha & Krishna.

3) Other planets contain advanced Space Beings.

4) Many channeling means are available to contact the above beings including telepathy.

5) That at the end of the 26,000 year cycle, there is a cleansing, where the planet goes into a higher frequency.

{{The above grouping does not reflect what THE HOLY BIBLE teaches. Check the 7 items listed above in the beginning of this essay; as far as ‘THE GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD’ is concerned, a key to its understanding comes from J.J. Hurtag, who refers to it as the “brotherhood of light,” which is part of the same package (as peas in a pod) as occultic trance states, spirit guides, visualization, higher consciousness & ascended masters, which always seem to retard or limit the greatness of Jesus the Christ as the Son of God. (CF. “UFO END TIME DELUSION” by Dr. David Lewis (page 170) for details on the New Age guru, Hurtag. This book was published by New Leaf Press, in Green Forest, Arkansas, 1991.}}

Another contactee by the name of George Van Tassel, was told by his contact, Ashtar that the Space Beings’ purpose was to save humankind from itself (51.) ((Here we go again! If the reader wishes a clue as to the real root of “ASHTAR COMMAND” and what he really stands for, below is a citation from New Age writer Ruth Montgomery:

“…the Ashtar Command is nondenominational and, like all space beings, worships the one Creator of us all. She (the spirit guide who rebuked a person for mixing in too much Bible with her psychic revelations) is not getting her messages from Jesus, Mary, and other saints.”

{{The author of the above citation from Montgomery, Dr. David Lewis, from his above-cited book, page184-185, makes abundantly clear that these “spirit guides” reflect the New Age dictum that to “be part of the New Age, one must reject Bible truth.” I guess this says it all when it comes to this “new” space-age religion, which looks (for all the world) like the OLD Babylonian Mystery School, only in a newer form.}}

Steiger continues with the staggering remark from page 51: “There seems little question that the Space Beings function as the angels once did. They are concerned about Earth. They seem to be actively trying to protect it. They are powerful…yet they are benevolent….”

{{Sadly, as I have documented in my own research, posted on above-cited links, only rarely do we see an angel of the Lord interfacing with mankind and aiding and protecting certain individuals, like the angel Raphael as outlined in the ‘Book of Tobias.’ Normally we are dealing with the FALLEN ANGELS, and their GIANT fruit (as per the 15th chapter of Enoch, and extension of Gen 6:4, which is responsible for the evil and unclean spirits that were the residue of that very same fruit, as now (I believe) reflected in the demonic abduction phenomenon. As far as I can see from “THE FELLOWSHIP,” as the title reflects, there is no problem with the plague being perpetrated upon humanity by SATAN, INC. This, in itself, belies the specific information given us via “THE BOOK OF JUBILESS” that (in chapter X:8-9) gave Satan (named Mastema here,) a tenth part of his army to war upon and test man. Nowhere is this mentioned in THE FELLOWSHIP – since it would make for a strange & awkward fellowship, methinks!}}

DOWNPLAYING THE ROLE OF JESUS AS THE SON OF GOD

Steiger seems to have no problem in doing this. He cites on pages 59 & 60 the “revelation” to a French journalist, one Claude Vorilhon, when he was brought aboard a spaceship on October 7, 1975. His hosts were none other then the Elohim, [?] referred to in the Creation story of Genesis, i.e. the “gods” who made man in their image. They admitted to making man, but not from some mysterious force, but rather from utilizing deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) similar to what our present Earth scientists are attempting to do today. {{Anyone who has read any good Biblical analysis on ‘The Book of Genesis’ would see the above description as a true mockery of what God did and who He really was; if one were to read the wording of the original Hebrew Bible, a la the comprehensive work of Craig Winn in his “YADA YAHWEH,” for instance, the reader would see quite clearly that the Elohim represents God (as Yahweh,) and His manifestations, i.e. the Son (Yahushua, commonly referred to as Jesus in today’s lexicon,) and the Holy Spriit (the manifestation of the Set Apart One.) THE WISDOM OF THE HOLY BIBLE IS NOT ENOUGH?

{{I have to laugh when I read the dribble that Steiger presents as if it were golden. Below is just one quote from his book (65) to make my point.}}

“We can clearly see that you are heading for destruction…I’m afraid that we Space Brothers of the Confederation (Federation of Planets) must step in before it is too late.” Of course, channeler Aleuti Francesca, communicating with one called “Orlon” from his XY7 craft, had this “insight”: We are now stating that due to high velocity waves reaching your planet from the Central Sun, imminent change or breakthrough in consciousness con occur at any time to any individual.”

{{Again, I have to quietly chuckle to myself when I read this clap-trap. It reminds me of what we are warned about regarding astrology, or getting knowledge other than through God’s word via THE HOLY BIBLE. “Orlon” looks so much like the word “Orion” that I do not think it a coincidence, just like Semjase is one of the alternate spellings of one of the key Fallen Angels of Enoch. Astrology, by the way, has been condemned in the Bible, and we are warned against following it or giving it any credence whatsoever. All you need to do is to go to Deuteronomy 4:19, where it says, “And when you look up to the heavens and behold the Sun or the Moon or any star among the heavenly hosts, do not be led astray into adoring them and serving them.”

What could be more clear than this admonition? F. LaGard Smith makes a further point about these lower “gods” and there so-called valuable information given (via psychics & mediums and channelers,) by citing in his book, (“OUT ON A BROKEN LIMB", p.183,) the New Age ideas of Marilyn Ferguson, (author of THE AQUARIAN CONSPIRACY, where she, as the most recognized exponent of this movement, asserted that the ultimate goal of this movement is to achieve “superconsciousness through the human mind,” whether it be by meditation, yoga, biofeedback, music, chanting, hypnosis, ‘conscious-raising,’ dream journals, psychotherapy, or mind-expanding drugs. The mind is seen as the door through which super learning and self-enlightenment will come.” Then on page 184, Smith offers some reflection on the above when he states that this “superconsciousness” could much better be achieved by “establishing a personal relationship with the Creator himself, where we are tapping into the infinite Mind of the universe.” {{I feel myself, that Smith has hit the nail right on the proverbial head: Why do we need the mind of a minnow (Orlon) when we can access the WHALE (Yahweh)!?! This is something that has somehow been blocked within the twisted logic of New-Age thinking, reflected in Steiger’s THE FELLOWSHIP. I think it has everything to do with a lack of faith in the one true God, pure & simple, and therefore a need to fill an empty void, sadly!}}

WHERE COMETH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE STARS?

This is a good question since man, theoretically, did not possess sophisticated telescopes way back when. Steiger tells us that the Sumerian astronomers charted the stars as accurately as do our modern scientists (95.) {{STOP! I find it interesting that this extensive knowledge of the heavens seems to have been known by many cultures going way back into the pre-dawn of modern civilization, and if one can look past (for one minute) the so-called “star gods” who came here from some ET source, we do have a quasi-Biblical explanation for mankind to have gotten this extensive knowledge. If we go to the eighth chapter of the ‘Book of Enoch,’ the answer (if we are willing to accept it,) is evident! Within this chapter (translated by Richard Laurence, LL.D.,) it states a number of things that would account for man’s knowledge of things forbidden by THE HOLY BIBLE, and the reason why they are forbidden: this knowledge comes from the FALLEN ANGELS! This knowledge is therefore polluted, and has an agenda that would steer us away from sticking with the truth as related in THE HOLY BIBLE. Witness:

Is it any wonder that Man could advance so far, and have such forbidden knowledge – if it were not for THE FALLEN ANGELS? This would answer the riddle of why Man has been constantly forbidden to honor or “adore or serve” these forbidden activities, as cited in the aforementioned quote from Deuteronomy, or in various places in the ‘Book of Leviticus,’ and for that matter sundry other places throughout the Old Testament (Covenant.) It is important to realize – anathema to the New Age crowd – that ‘The Book of Enoch’ gives us the rationale behind these warnings and forbidden aspects of knowledge, not because they are false in themselves, but rather because they would “massage us” seductively away from reliance on Yahweh and His Holy word via THE HOLY BIBLE! This, then, is the key to why the New Age literature, (as represented by Steiger’s book being reviewed,) is SO HARMFUL TO TAKE SERIOUSLY! A word to the wise. Since Brad Steiger is a true “NEW AGE BELIEVER,” you will find little or nothing of real spiritual value in this book. To be forewarned is to be forearmed when it comes to THE NEW AGE LITERATURE. It is only one of a myriad of books that are trying to undermine THE HOLY BIBLE, being done by pawns (whether wittingly or unwittingly.) Do not be misled by the insidious dark ‘puppet master’ forces behind this agenda. By using proper spiritual discernment, you will find the truth, and it will not be through the short-cut worm hole of a New Age rabbit hole!
