The Awe Factor

On November 17^th, 2008, Joe Jordan was being interviewed by Greg Messina on CURSED NET BREAKTHROUGH RADIO, and he brought along a person by the name of Bill Deffendall, who was there to bear witness to the power of the name of Jesus Christ in having his abductions being thwarted and stopped! Joe was there as support, but at one point Greg asked Joe about who is populating the universe at the present time.

Joe’s answer seemed incongruous yet there he was telling Greg that the universe was made for man so that he could appreciate the marvels of God’s creation…which he referred to as THE AWE FACTOR.

To really get your mind around this amazing concept, and to fight through the literal humanistic matrix that has been perpetrated upon you over the last sixty years (as when the theory of evolution was slowly replacing “Creationism” as the most probable explanation for man’s existence,) you need to do an exercise in (what I call) “counter propaganda” so that your eyes can be opened to this subtle false massaging of a spiritual kind.  Below are several key ideas and links to those ideas that may make your search for the truth a bit more easily.  {{If you go through this exercise, and still have questions, that’s OK, for powerful indeed is this delusion being so perpetrated, but at least it will show that you are open-minded enough to consider the framework of the Bible – God’s breathed word for man, so that you may know your true God, and how He went about doing things for YOU!

WAS THE MOON PLACED WHERE IT IS BY THE CREATOR?

I don't know, but it certainly looks that way.  If the Moon was not the size it was and at the distance from the Earth that it is, our Earth would not have tides and the waters would create stagnation!  They also cleanse the oceans' shorelines.   OH - and the reason we can get a solar eclipse is due to a remarkable "coincidence": THE MOON IS BOTH 400 TIMES CLOSER than the sun AND 400 TIMES SMALLER than the sun...How's that for "placement"?!?  OH - and no one can figure out how the Moon got where it was in the first place...yet - it was created on the 4th day after the plants on the 3rd.  WHAT? HOW COULD THE PLANTS COME BEFORE THE MOON - THE SUN - AND THE STARS IN A BILLIONS YEARS OLD UNIVERSE?!?

QUESTIONS ~~ QUESTIONS - but do the evolutionists got answers? NO! They talk in fuzzy jargon like “quantum fluctuations” – which means in reality: THEY DON’T KNOW!

Dr. Jonathan Sarfati has written a superb condensed book about the fallacies of the theory of Evolution; the book is called REFUTING EVOLUTION, and the author wastes little time dismantling its basic premises. {{After digesting, if you feel the compulsion to save our public school kids from devolving into serious error on this issue, plant a seed of this book with your local superintendent of schools – and pray & hope for the best!}}

To give you a “flavor” of the book, I will focus in on three specific areas:

1)     On page 89 of this 4^th edition, (originally written in 2007,) Sarfati provides some insight into the EARLIEST AGE OF MAN.  To do so he zeroes in on mitochondrial DNA.  Allow one quote to suffice: “…recent evidence shows that mitochondrial DNA mutates far faster than previously thought. If this new evidence is applied to ‘Mitochondrial Eve,’ it indicates that she would have lived only 6,000-6,500 years ago.  Of course, this is perfectly consistent with the biblically indicated age of the ‘mother of all living’ (Gen. 3:20), but an enigma for evolution/long age beliefs.”

2)     HOW FLAWED IS EVOLUTION? [Answer:] VERY!  If you go to page 126 of this 4^th edition (2008) you find that the very book that Evolution hinges on, “Teaching about Evolution” by Dr. Richard Dawkins, which shows that evolution relies on copying errors and natural selection to generate the required new information.  However, the examples of ‘contemporary evolution’ presented by this aforementioned book are all losses of information!  Sarfati cites Dr. Lee Spetner, a biophysicist, who taught information and communication theory at John Hopkins University: “In this chapter I’ll bring several examples of evolution [i.e., instances alleged to be examples of evolution] particularly mutations, and show that information is not increased…But in all the reading I’ve done in the life sciences literature, I’ve never found a mutation that added information…’All point mutations that have been studied on the molecular level turn out to reduce the genetic information and not to increase it.”{{WHERE DO EVOLUTIONISTS GO FROM HERE?!?}}

3)     Finally on page 134 we see the following from the perspective of an historian and philosopher of science as well as an editor: (a) Stephen Meyer concluded, “We have not yet encountered any good in principle reason to exclude design from science [God!] Design seems just as scientific (or unscientific) as its evolutionary competitors.’ In his quote, Meyer himself refers to editor J.P. Moreland, “The Creation Hypothesis,” who himself feels that there is no reason to insist that materialism holds a metaphysically privileged position (over the Creationist’s hypothesis.)

There are a myriad of subjects covered in this short treatise (from the extraordinary sonar of bats & dolphins to the exquisite design of birds that could not possibly come from another species) to the definitiveness of whales as only coming from the ocean – and not somehow crawling into it! Also, REFUTING EVOLUTION, Volume Two, is a great follow-up book by Dr. Sarfati; in this volume he rips the mask off of the PBS series that was deliberately trying to undermine the Creationists' argument by constantly using misleading language regarding the Darwinian and Neo-Darwinian arguments for Evolution.

FOR INSTANCE, on page 58 we have the producer of PBS, Richard Hutton, failimng to explain one of the most vexing problems of evolution, I.E., how non-living chemicals could form a living cell by time and chance, despite the insuperable chemical hurdles..  He never acknowledged the problem on the series but he did on a Washington Post online forum. Dr. Sarfati comments that - no - the evidence is indeed not that good, the lack of which is explained in detail in chapter nine called, ARGUMENT: PROBABILITY OF EVOLUTION...where he makes a telling remark: "But the raw materials on which natural selection acts is random copying errors (mutations).  If evolution by goo-to-you were true, we should expect to find countless information-adding mutations. But we have not even found one.

"It is misleading to claim that evolution does not depend on chance but instead it relies on 'non-random' natural selection.  This ignores the fact that natural selection cannot expalin the origin of complex self-producing life forms -- and evolutionists have no way to explain this essential step in the evolution of life." [p. 155]

THIS BOOK NAILS THE PROBLEM AND UNMASKS THE MISLEADING STATEMENTS! A MUST READ!
